Dason Goldblade in The Plane of Sky

How it starts:

Say “Hail”:

Greetings, [your name]. Are you [pure of heart and soul]?

Say “pure of heart and soul”:

Then choose your test. The test of the heart is in three parts. [Compassion], [sacrifice] and [love]. The only other test, is of your [spirit].

Say “Compassion”:

Compassion is of great importance to us. Without it, we do not feel empathy, and cannot truly follow the path we claim to travel. Return to me an efreeti zweihander, large sky diamond and a wind rune izah. If you present these to me, I will award you Truvinan, the divine wind.

Say “sacrifice”:

You have sacrificed much to come so far, %+(11)6. Sacrifice this one last time and the Sword of the Ocean shall be yours. Retrieve a bixie sword blade and a wind rune ozah.

Say “spirit”:

The test of spirit it is! Return to me an ivory sky diamond and a wind rune lena. In return, I shall give you a girdle. If you wish to [further test your purity], you need but to ask.
